EDUCATION WITH A DIFFERENCE AT OUR MONTESSORI NURSERIES

Maytime Montessori Nursery is a family run nursery dedicated to providing your child with a fun, challenging, and safe environment to grow and learn. We encourage self-esteem and self-confidence through the Montessori Method, which involves interactive play and encouragement for your child through the day. With thirty years of experience and a commitment to building brilliant relationships with our parents, you can be certain that your child gets the right start in life.

WHY CHOOSE THE MONTESSORI APPROACH?

The Montessori Method was first put into practice in 1907, when Italian physician and educator Maria Montessori opened the very first Montessori nursery in Rome. The Montessori approach differs from traditional education as students are allowed to choose from a range of presented activities, following their own interests within a structured environment, using the “discovery” model to explore the world around them through practical play. It operates with a respect for the natural psychological, physical, and social development of your child to develop skills and self-esteem.
